Geofencing is nice when it works. I set it up for our drop yard and we get the alert most of the time, but sometimes it dosen't fire and I dont know why. It makes me not trust it fully.

The app is pretty easy to use. I just tap in and see the truck location without much messin around. Sometimes it logs me out tho.
Kinda disappointed with the notifications. I got alerts late a couple times and then it spammed me after, which was annoyng. I am not great with apps so maybe I missed a setting, but it should be more obvius.
Honestly, the map view is great. I can check where we are quick even when im not super techy. Only nit is the first login setup had me a little lost.
Pretty handy once you get it. I can see the appointment status without calling, which is nice. The notifications are good, but the first log in was kinda clunky.

Super handy for ETAs. I like that I can tell customers whats going on without guessing. The updates are close enough for me, and the app is pretty simple.
