It is decent, with some hiccups. I like seeing where things are, but sometimes the map takes forever to load on my end. I am not super techy so I might be doing something wrong, idk.

It works, just not super easy. I like that it shows where the driver is, but I get lost when trying to plan the route at first. Took me a bit to get it right, and I still misclick somtimes.
Super easy for customers to drop off. I like that they do not need a box or a label, and that keeps things simple for me too. Only nit is I had to re-read the instructions a couple times lol.
Decent tracking, but not always clear. I like seeing the return status in real time, but I got a little lost on what some updates ment. It works, just feels a bit fussy to me.

Not great when I need answers. I tried to follow the tracking and it wasnt clear why a package stopped moving. The status text felt kinda vague, so I ended up guessing what it meant.
