Honestly, I like the alerts. I set it up and now I get the update msgs without having to check all the time. Only thing is I mistyped a setting at first and had to redo it, but it was ok.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.

Too many status changes. I checked a shipment and it bounced between updates that did not match what I expected.
