Kinda dissapointed with the messaging. I sent updates and it looked like they went through, but then dispatch said they didnt see them. It makes me second guess using it.

Really easy for drivers to use. I had our guys sending updates from the phone without much fuss. Setup was kinda confusing at frist but it worked out.
Kinda frustrating to use sometimes. I try to update delivery status and it dosent always go through on the first try. I’m not super techy, so when it acts up I just feel stuck.
Super easy to see where things are. I am not very techy and I still figured it out pretty quick. The live map is clear, altho the first time I got a little lost in the menus.
Simple proof of delivery. I like that I can get a photo right away when the driver finishes. Sometimes the signature part feels a lil fussy, but it still works.
Not super great on my phone. I kept geting stuck when trying to take proof pics, and it would just hang. I dont mess with apps much so maybe it is me, but it was frustrating.
Pretty handy once I got it going. I use it to snap proof photos and it keeps them tied to the stop. Sometimes I tap the wrong thing but thats on me lol.

Nice ePOD, just a little clunky. I like having the delivery proof right there, but the app steps take me a bit to rememeber. Once I got used to it, it was fine.
