Super easy for me to use. I just snap the pic and get the signiture and it feels simple, even on my phone. Only thing is I wish the buttons were a lil bigger.

Decent tracking, but the ETAs feel flaky. We like being able to see where the driver is in real time, but I have had customer notifications go out with weird timing. I am okay using it day to day, just not fully confident in that part.
