Pretty happy with the live map. I can see where things are without calling around, and it is simple enough for me to use. It did take me a bit to find the right screen at first, but now its fine.

Pretty happy with the temp alerts. I get a ping when the reefer starts drifting, and it keeps me from guessing. Setup took a bit, but once it was goin its been good.
Super handy for keeping me in the loop. I can check whats going on with our inbound stops without bugging the warehouse all day, just wish the screen was a bit less busy somtimes.

Really nice yard visibility. I can see whats going on with our trailer and that helps me know if we are still waiting or actually moving. Im not great with tech, but it was simple to read. Wish the labels were a little clearer somtimes.
Honestly pretty easy to use. I set up the tracking page and it looks good for our customers, even if I am not super techy. Just wish the first setup was a lil clearer.
Does the job, but it can be fussy. I like seeing the tracking in one spot, but sometimes the status updates feel a bit behind. I probably set it up wrong tho.

GPS tracking is mostly solid. Dispatch can see where I am and I dont have to think about it much. Once in a while it lags a lil when my signal is weak.
