Super easy to keep track. I just scan and later I can see who had it last, which I really like. The labels took me a minut to get right, but now it is fine.

Pretty happy with the tracking updates. I can check where stuff is without calling anyone, which I like. Sometimes the status takes a bit to refresh tho.
Honestly pretty easy to follow. I can see where my packages are and the alerts help, even if I mess up a setting now and then lol.

Happy with the location history. I can look back and see where a unit was earlier, which helps me double check things. The map can be a little clunky to pinch zoom somtimes.
Kinda disappointing on the phone. I tried using the mobile app and it kept acting wierd, and I got lost in the menus. I just wanted to see where the load was and it took me too long.
Pretty decent, but kinda finicky. I like getting the temp alerts when something drifts, that part feels clear. The dashboard took me a bit to figure out and it laggs sometimes.
