Super easy to check where it is. I am not great with apps, but I can still find the delivery status fast. Only thing is I wish the updates came a lil quicker sometimes.

Works good for taking photos. I can snap what I need on-site and it stays with the shipment info. Sometimes it takes me a sec to find the right screen, but it is ok.
Kinda useful, kinda annoying. I like that I can just take pics and move on, but the steps feel a bit confusin at first. I had to ask our office twice what I was supposed to tap.
Super handy for checking shipments fast. I can glance at it and see what is moving and what looks weird, which I like. Some of the screens take a second to load on my phone, but its not a deal breaker.
Not worth the headache for me. I tried to check where our assets were and the info didnt look right a couple times. Support was kinda slow to get back, so I just got annoyed.
Pretty easy to figure out. I use it mainly for seeing where the trucks are and it works ok. The app gets a little laggy somtimes, but not a deal breaker.
Love the box free drop offs. We started pointing customers to the drop off points and it just feels easier for everyone. I had one location question at first, but after that it was smooth.
Nice for handling returns without a headache. I can see whats going on and share it with the customer if they ask. The screens look a little busy, but I got used to it ok.
Pretty happy with the tracking page. I like that I can point customers to one place and it looks on-brand. Setup took me a bit tho, but once it was going it was ok.
Pretty handy for inbound mail. I can see when a package is received and follow it to final delivery, which I like. The chain of custody notes are nice, but the wording on some status updates is kinda confusin.
