Yesterday a receiver changed the drop window on me at the last minute and the OTM mobile app pushed a reroute and new ETA that I could accept in two taps - saved me from sitting in a yard for an hour. That quick, two-tap reroute is the thing that makes me open the app first thing; with two trucks it’s clutch and keeps the day moving. Maps can lag sometimes, but that quick reroute/push workflow wins me over.

Support took days to reply and the features I actually used didn't stop customer complaints or late-fee charges, so I'm cancelling and eating the onboarding cost.
Bottom line: Track-POD mostly gets the job done, but when it glitches it's a real pain. My wife runs the office side while i drive. Having someone else deal with brokers has been a HUGE help for her, coz she still looks over every rate con and keeps track of everything herself .. at the end of the day its our company. But she's not spending half the morning calling on loads anymore. Had a few communication hiccups in the beginning but once we figured out how we wanted to work together its been good.
Been driving long enough to know nobody has the best loads all day every day. Sometimes they find me something good, sometimes I tell them no and wait. What I care about is they actually know what I run now. Flatbed, lanes I prefer, where I want to end up by Friday. Took a little time but my offers are a lot more relevant now than when I first started.
