Bottom line: Track-POD mostly gets the job done, but when it glitches it's a real pain. I've been hauling five years with a two-truck setup in the Midwest, and the signature/photo capture and automated texts are handy, but the app will occasionally freeze or drop GPS on rural runs and then status updates lag - drivers end up using paper and we have to re-enter everything. Half the time it speeds things up; the other half it's the reason for extra calls and fiddly follow-up, so I'm stuck neither thrilled nor furious.
