Terrible reliability - AXIS went down right when I needed to reroute after a truck failure. Had 25 trucks in the Midwest; we were blind to ETAs for three hours, lost two loads and paid roughly $1,200 in detention and deadhead trying to scramble drivers.

The mobile app's offline photo upload that auto-syncs when you get signal - that one feature alone sold me. I run solo in the Southwest and cell drops all the time, but I can snap POD pics, jot a quick note, and it pushes to dispatch once I'm back on LTE; no more texting photos or waiting around.
