Missouri Harvey's review of PCS TMS Software
...thought PCS' AI would save me time, and it does sometimes - especially when it spits out a cheaper route that actually cuts fuel. But compared to the clunky, manual TMS I used before that never tried to be clever, PCS can be maddening; Cortex will re-route a driver into a tight city drop that takes twice as long and ruins the day. For a two-truck Midwest operator with five years on the road, that unpredictability makes it a mixed bag: nice cost savings, annoying headaches.
