The mobile app is useless - glitches left us stuck an extra 90 minutes and cost me a missed pickup plus a customer chargeback. We’re a two-truck owner-operator outfit in the Midwest and the drivers had to reboot constantly because PODs wouldn’t sync and the GPS jumped around, so the ‘real-time’ tracking felt like fiction and our invoicing was shoved weeks behind.
