Bottom line - clever tech, but it bailed on me when it mattered. Last Friday Cortex AI pushed a “faster” reroute to one of our drivers that sent him straight toward a port terminal that had just shut down for a labor action, the app didn’t flag it and we missed the pickup window and ate a nasty detention fee. On the flip side the automated invoicing cleaned up a month of late paperwork in an hour, so I’m honestly torn. If you run around 30 trucks on the West Coast like I do, expect real time savings - just double-check any critical reroutes before you commit.
