On day two of go-live a bad mapping caused all delivered statuses to read as "en route" for four hours and that single incident set a rough tone. The onborading felt drawn-out and the documenation was sparse, so getting our 15-truck Southeast fleet configured took longer than promised despite patient consultants; it works once set up, but getting there is painful. I'm torn - the platform can handle dispatch and settlements adequately, yet the initial ramp cost us time and patience and left lingering doubts.
