Bottom line: getting TMW Suite live was way less painful than I expected. Their import tool auto-mapped our 50 trucks and drivers from messy spreadsheets, which saved me days of grunt work - that single feature made me genuinely happy. I've used TMW Suite for three years. We switched from a much leaner TMS that let my dispatchers book and assign in under a minute; TMW added layers of screens and approvals that turned a simple dispatch into a fifteen‑minute ordeal. For a 20‑truck outfit this meant drivers sitting at terminals waiting for paperwork, and we started losing lanes we used to handle without thinking. Settlement and billing workflows are clunky too - invoices get held up and it took extra headcount to reconcile what used to be automated; that hit cash flow and cost us real money. If you care more about quick daily operations than checkboxes and reports, TMW felt like digging through molasses compared to what we had before.
