Funny enough, the auto-dispatch/load-matching module is what actually saved us the most time. With our 35-truck regional fleet in the Southwest it cut the manual route juggling - matching lanes to drivers by HOS and minimizing deadhead - and definately trimmed dispatch time on our busiest days. Setup was a bit longer and the UI can feel clunky for new users, but once tuned it's reliabe and accurate, so I'm giving it 4/5.
Bottom line: getting TMW Suite live was way less painful than I expected. Their import tool auto-mapped our 50 trucks and drivers from messy spreadsheets, which saved me days of grunt work - that single feature made me genuinely happy. After 12 years dispatching in the Southeast, I appreciated that the onboarding rep walked us through real lanes instead of reading slides; practical, fast, and usable right away.
