Really nice for quick status checks. I am not super techy, but I can find the tracking info without hunting around. The delivery updates are easy to read and I like the simple wording. A few times it took a bit to refresh, which was annoyng. Still, I feel comfortable using it day to day.
Notifications are the part I like most. I set them up for a few recurring shipments and I appreciate getting delivery status changes without constantly checking. The messages are usually clear and easy to understand. Occasionally I get an update later than I want, but it still helps me keep an eye on key packages. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring.
