Yesterday Magaya duplicated a booking into two invoices and my driver sat 3 hours at the yard because the system showed the load as unpaid - cost me about $420 in detention and a pissed-off broker. Bottom line: customer support is the weakest link - they take forever and mostly dont actually fix the problem.
