Really impressed with the route planning accuracy. I like how the map adjusts the order of stops in a way that actually makes sense for our day. The live GPS view is responsive, and I can spot when a driver is drifting off the planned path without guessing. The ETAs update quickly and feel believable when traffic changes. My only nit is the interface has a lot going on at once, but I got used to it.
Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.
Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
Solid live tracking overall. I can glance at it and know where the truck is without digging around.
