Proactive exception alerts are the best part. I get a clear heads up when a shipment looks off track, and the status details match what I see from carriers. Setting the alert rules took some careful tuning, but it is manageable. I also like that the messaging stays consistent with our brand once it is configured. After a few weeks, I mostly just monitor and adjust thresholds when needed.
