...CargoWise support actually called back in about 20 minutes, jumped into our session, found a bad EDI field and stayed on the line until the carrier accepted the load. I run 15 trucks out of the Southwest and after 10 years in dispatch, that kind of patient, hands-on help earns them a 4/5 from me.

I've used CargoWise for four years. I'm a dispatcher for a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast, and when a customs hold threatened a load last month an agent who actually knew our account picked up, stayed on the line, and had us cleared in under an hour - that kind of real follow-through is why we stick with it. Only gripe is slower response late at night, but daytime support is solid, so I’m giving it four stars.

Bottom line: CargoWise's support team resolved a cross-border customs routing error the same day, which saved us significant time. What made me particularly happy was a single support engineer who stayed on the phone with our dispatcher until manifest and tariff codes were corrected, shaving two days off expected delays. Clear communication and that hands-on follow-through kept our 55-truck operation across the Southeast moving without costly downtime.
