...CargoWise support actually called back in about 20 minutes, jumped into our session, found a bad EDI field and stayed on the line until the carrier accepted the load. I run 15 trucks out of the Southwest and after 10 years in dispatch, that kind of patient, hands-on help earns them a 4/5 from me.

I've used CargoWise for four years. I'm a dispatcher for a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast, and when a customs hold threatened a load last month an agent who actually knew our account picked up, stayed on the line, and had us cleared in under an hour - that kind of real follow-through is why we stick with it. Only gripe is slower response late at night, but daytime support is solid, so I’m giving it four stars.

…switching to CargoWise was night-and-day from the pile of spreadsheets and that clunky customs app I used before - what actually made me happy was the autofill for border paperwork so I stopped retyping the same info into three systems, and with three trucks on the West Coast my billing went from an afternoon grind to one quick pass.
