Too flaky for real-time tracking. I kept seeing stale location/event updates in the cloud view even though the sensors were online.

Disappointing support response times. When we had questions about sensor behavior and event logs, I received slow follow up and limited guidance.

Fine data, rough onboarding. We got useful status updates, but the initial setup and pairing felt more complicated than it needed to be.
