Clear communication during check in. I can see our current stage and what is expected next without needing extra instruction. The screens are simple enough for me, although I had to look around a bit the first time.

Decent real time updates, but the yard map feels cluttered. I can parse it, though it takes extra taps.

Disappointing scheduling reliability. We submitted appointment requests, yet the confirmations were inconsistent and sometimes unclear. I cannot depend on it when the schedule is tight.
