Surprisingly clear customer updates. We send live status notifications and I can see the same timeline internally, which keeps everyone on the same page. I like that the messages go out without me babysitting it. The only nit is the wording in a couple notifications felt a little generic. Overall it is consistent and easy to trust day to day.
Honestly, the driver tracking is nice. I can pull it up and get a quick sense of where everyone is without digging around. Only gripe is it takes a little time to get used to the layout.
