Super easy for ongoing DOT compliance. We check in when something changes and they keep us pointed in the right direction. Only small gripe is I sometimes had to call twice to reach the same person.
Nice support for drug and alcohol stuff. I was confuse at first, but they walked me thru what paperwork I needed and what to do next. A few emails felt a bit too official, but I got it.
Pretty solid help with IFTA and IRP filings. I am not super techy, but I could follow what they needed from me and the reminders made sense. I wish the turnaround on a couple questions was a little faster, but it was still good.
