Decent dispatch tools, picky setup. I like how the status updates come through in a consistent way for our team. But getting the telematics connection to behave took more tweaking than I expected.

Honestly, the trip status view is my favorite part. I can check where things stand without digging around, and it keeps me calmer during a busy day. The screen could be a little less crowded, but it works.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like being able to share my progress so folks can see where I am, but the updates lag when coverage drops. It is fine when I am in town.
Really happy with the ETA sharing. I like sending customers a live update so they know we are still on the way. I just wish the link options were a little easier to find.
Assignments come through clean. I like seeing the next job pop up on my tablet without digging around. Sometimes I have to refresh once to see it.
Pretty solid for route planning. I set up a few stops and it actually made sense without a bunch of tweaking. The map view is a little busy, but I got used to it.
Good for capturing signatures. I like that I can hand the phone over and it records it cleanly. I just wish the signing screen was a bit bigger.
Solid real time tracking view. I can pull it up and see where our trucks are without chasing updates. Sometimes the map takes a moment to refresh, but it is usually accurate.
