Honestly, the photo capture is nice. I use it on site and it keeps everything tied to the shipment without me typing a bunch of notes later. My only nit is it feels a little slow to finish up when reception is weak.

Solid proof for freight condition. I like that my photos show the time and GPS so I do not have to explain later. The dashboard view is nice, even if it is not the prettiest thing.
Nice and consistent documentation. We use it to keep the same photo angles and notes across different drivers, and that helps when someone asks what happened at pickup. One small gripe is it feels like a lot of tapping for a quick check.
Decent insights, but takes tuning. I like the operational views that show patterns across shipments, but I had to adjust a bunch of alert thresholds to avoid getting pinged too often. Once tuned, it is fine.
Pretty decent ETAs, kinda hit or miss. I check it during the day and the arrival times usually look right, but sometimes it refreshes a little late. I do like being able to see where we are without calling the driver.
Pretty smooth for tracking returns. I can check where a return is at and the status updates don’t feel buried. Notifications can get a bit chatty, but I’d rather have that than nothing.
