I use Shipsy to get pickup windows and send proof of delivery, and that part works pretty well. The dashboard gives clear instructions and uploading POD is straightforward. The mobile app can be slow and notifications don’t always arrive, so I still have to call dispatch sometimes.
The app kept failing to upload proof of delievery photos and dropped connections during route updates, so carriers couldn't confirm loads in real time. That caused missed confirmations, extra waiting at docks and lost pay, lots of frustation and wasted time.

However, the carrier mobile app is sometimes unreliable and exception handling often requires manual steps, which adds to back office workload.
