The app kept failing to upload proof of delievery photos and dropped connections during route updates, so carriers couldn't confirm loads in real time. That caused missed confirmations, extra waiting at docks and lost pay, lots of frustation and wasted time.

From a carrier perspective, Shipsy provides a consolidated dashboard for route execution and proof of delivery, and the shipment tracking updates help keep drivers informed. However, the carrier mobile app is sometimes unreliable and exception handling often requires manual steps, which adds to back office workload.

Shipsy gives solid real-time visibility and the proof of delivery mobile capture works well. The single dashboard cut down on phone calls and made exception handling easier, so dispatchers get updates faster and paperwork is cleaner. There are some UI quirks and occasional sync delays that keep it from being perfect, but it has helped operations run smoother.
