Roadie is solid for last-mile work, their real-time tracking and proof of delivery actually work and make pickups smoother. On the flip side the app can be buggy and some loads come with vague instructions that waste time. If they improved reliability and gave clearer load details it would be much more useful.

I use Shipsy to get pickup windows and send proof of delivery, and that part works pretty well. The dashboard gives clear instructions and uploading POD is straightforward. The mobile app can be slow and notifications don’t always arrive, so I still have to call dispatch sometimes.
