Lera Mohr's review of AFT Dispatch
I manage a 25 truck fleet with three years of experience and tried AFT Dispatch for load sourcing and broker negotiation. Their team repeatedly missed load confirmation windows and failed to get rate confirmations on time, which caused us to lose a $1,800 load and forced a last-minute rebook at a much lower rate. Drivers sat idle for six hours and we paid about $400 in deadhead and detention costs that week, so the service cost us real money and extra admin time. Communication was spotty, disaptchers changed mid-week and important details were dropped during handoffs, I spent several hours fixing their mistakes and calling brokers myself. Support was slow to respond to urgent issues and I felt like we didnt recieved the hands-on help we paid for.
