Where they lost me was the paperwork and the rate talk: the broker payment came in lower than the dispatch promised, and their office dropped the ball chasing the shortfall so it took two invoices and a week to sort the payout. After 16 years running an 85-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest, I appreciate the quick thinking but can't ignore the follow-through problems. I’ll use them when I need a quick rescue, but I won’t hand them recurring lanes until their billing and negotiation get tighter.
