Used it for nine months - the mobile app's push alerts for new loads actually cut my phone-checking in half; as an owner-operator running two trucks in the Midwest that small time-saver translated into more miles and less back-and-forth with brokers.

The first load they booked for me after sign-up showed up in my portal within 48 hours - I wasn't expecting that. Onboading call was short, Carlos walked my night driver through the broker app and we were hauling the next day; I run 3 trucks and have 4 yrs in the Southwest so that fast start actually made me happy, tho pay-tracking still needs work.

Last Friday, when a driver got cancelled out of Des Moines and was facing a long deadhead, Express booked a paying load that covered the detour and paid the driver for the day inside 90 minutes. Their fee is modest compared to what that one load generated - after the first week I stopped thinking of their invoice as an expense and more like recovered revenue. What made me happy: they pushed back on brokers instead of taking the easy lowball, which preserved margin on a tight lane. After 25 years in the Midwest hauling business overseeing about 120 trucks, I'm picky about outside services, but this one paid for itself in under a month. Worth every dollar.
