Jalon King's review of Azuga
Bottom line: Azuga failed to alert us during a critical maintenance window and that failure cost my company a full day of downtime. One truck showed an engine fault on the road but the dashboard toggled to “OK” and the maintenance reminder never fired; we ended up with a highway breakdown, three missed deliveries, a $2,600 lost-revenue hit and nearly $900 in towing/repairs - the dispatcher and driver wasted hours chasing diagnostics the system should have handled. I manage 15 trucks in the Southeast and with five years running fleets I've never seen a telematics provider ignore a live fault like that; support blamed a “sync issue” and we never recieved a clear postmortem, so we're moving off the platform.
