Jennie Crona's review of DispatchTrack
The price tag was the first thing that hit me - steeper than I expected for what we needed. The live ETAs actually cut down customer calls and gave my dispatchers breathing room, so the visibility works. After two decades running a 40-truck Midwest fleet, I can say the route planning shaved minutes off runs but didn’t immediately cover the per-truck subscription plus the pretty hefty setup fees. Integration hiccups and training added surprise costs; we only edged into net savings after about a year. If you can swallow the upfront and recurring expense for better customer-facing tracking, it makes sense; for cost-conscious mid-sized fleets like mine, it’s a maybe.
