Adonis Kerluke's review of DispatchTrack
Managing 75 trucks across the Pacific Northwest with eight years in fleet work has left me pretty picky about delivery apps. DispatchTrack's mobile app crashes mid-route, often right when drivers try to upload proof of delivery or log an exception - we lost timestamps and had to recreate notes after two drivers hit the same bug last month. GPS updates lag badly; ETAs slide 20–30 minutes and that ripple turned a tight evening schedule into overtime and three angry retail partners. The workflow on the phone is clunky too - too many taps to confirm a drop and no reliable offline mode, so a long stretch through the mountains means no updates for hours. At our scale this instability costs real money in labor and fuel; unless the app gets a serious stability and offline fix, we’re shopping around.
