Samson Cartwright's review of DispatchTrack
Bottom line: getting started with DispatchTrack was clunkier than I expected - enough to make me wince, but not a dealbreaker. After twenty years running my own rigs on the West Coast, I found the initial TMS integration needed a lot of manual mapping and a few phone calls to support; once the live tracking and ETAs kicked in they were useful. Training drivers took longer because the mobile app wasn’t instantly intuitive for them, so onboarding felt draggy, but once we pushed through it mostly did the job.
