Nestor Stiedemann's review of DispatchTrack
Bottom line: DispatchTrack's real-time tracking was inaccurate during a high-priority weekend rollout, and that failure cost us. On Saturday their ETA feed stalled for nearly three hours while the routing engine kept rerouting trucks into heavier traffic; exception alerts never triggered, so drivers and dispatch were effectively blind until customers started calling. We paid roughly $1,200 in overtime, refunded a large delivery, and lost a customer's confidence - software that misses obvious exceptions is a liability for a small ten-truck fleet.
