Morton O'Reilly's review of DispatchTrack
The night the I-95 pileup turned a routine afternoon into a multi-hour mess, DispatchTrack’s live ETA updates were the thing that stopped us from losing two scheduled appointments. With 20 trucks and about three years managing this patch of the Northeast, one of our drivers sat in a 90-minute snarl while the system pushed an exception alert and kept nudging his ETA down in real time. I was able to reassign a nearby truck, trigger an automated customer notification and still make the second drop within the promised window - felt like magic in a stressed-out operations room. What made me happiest was that single instant alert; it gave us the heads-up to react instead of reactively apologizing. Only gripe: the GPS sometimes drifts in tight city canyons, so ETAs can wobble a bit, but for that one night it paid for itself.
