When a container stalled at the Port of Houston and the ETA slipped two days, Terminal49 pushed an immediate milestone update that let us reassign hauls before drivers rolled. In our Southwest admin operation - I handle paperwork for roughly 250 trucks and have fifteen years in freight - the single timely ETA alert prevented two deadheads and stopped a lot of downstream disruption. There are occasional carrier feed gaps, but when timing mattered Terminal49 delivered, so four stars.
