The ETA update feature is unreliable - timestamps change without explanation and often fail to reflect terminal holds. I manage ten trucks on the West Coast, and those inconsistent milestones cost us real money: drivers waited over three hours twice last month and we were charged detention. If Terminal49 cannot show why an ETA shifts or surface the original carrier events, the dashboard creates a false sense of visibility and pushes us back to manual tracking.
