Vito Bruen-Bradtke's review of Vizion
Dispatching for a 30-truck fleet on the West Coast with about a year under my belt, I thought Vizion would at least give us a reliable ETA. Last month Vizion flagged a container as “gate available” so I sent a driver - turned out the terminal still had a hold, he waited eight hours, got bounced, and we ate a $420 detention fee plus a missed delivery window. It’s okay for high-level status, but that one wrong update cost us real money and a lot of hassle, so I won’t trust it for tight scheduling.
