…they actually kept the same dispatcher on our account for a month, which never happened before. Before Logistics Plus we'd get shuffled between three different reps and ETAs would drift; this consistency cut down missed pickups fast. I run 50 trucks in the Northeast and after 18 years you learn to spot real improvements - the one thing that made me genuinely happy was their quick turnaround when an oversized load suddenly needed rerouting. Paperwork and invoicing still hiccup now and then, which is why I'm holding back a full score. For time-sensitive oddball shipments they're better than what we used before - reliable and practical, a solid 4/5 from me.
