When a last-minute oversized crane part needed a same-day hop from Tacoma to Portland and my only backup driver bailed, I called Logistics Plus. They pulled it off and the customer was happy, but the final invoice made my stomach drop - almost double what I'd normally expect and full of fees I didn't fully follow. After two years running owner-operator gigs in the Pacific Northwest, I can appreciate paying for someone who handles weird, time-sensitive stuff, yet I keep replaying whether I got gouged or just paid for peace of mind. Happy it arrived; still not sure it was worth the price.
