On a rainy Monday crossing the Cascades, I watched our drivers live-update pickups and deliveries on their phones - managing 75 trucks around the Pacific Northwest for eight years has made me picky about mobile tools. What really made me happy was how quickly photo proofs and PODs upload and appear in dispatch; we closed out disputes the same afternoon instead of waiting a day or two. The in-app messaging is simple and keeps drivers from having to call in for every little thing, though the map can be jumpy when cell signal drops in remote stretches. Small sync hiccups prevented a five-star, but on hectic routing days the app saves us real time and keeps invoices moving.

Pays quickly, which I liked, but I got stuck because dispatch messed up a broker packet and left me parked in St. Louis for 48 hours. I'm an owner-operator out of the Pacific Northwest with eight years on the road and I've seen delays, but watching the truck sit while custemers sent angry texts and dispatch kept changing ETAs with no answers was brutal - they kept telling me to resubmit docs that were already resubmited, felt like they just passed me around.
