Pays quickly, which I liked, but I got stuck because dispatch messed up a broker packet and left me parked in St. Louis for 48 hours. I'm an owner-operator out of the Pacific Northwest with eight years on the road and I've seen delays, but watching the truck sit while custemers sent angry texts and dispatch kept changing ETAs with no answers was brutal - they kept telling me to resubmit docs that were already resubmited, felt like they just passed me around. They did pay detention fast so cash was there, but the wasted miles and headache made me torn about running more with them.
