...and then the app marks a load delivered while my driver is still circling the facility gate. The image upload for PODs and the quick remarks field actually save us time - those work reliably and drivers like the camera shortcut - but the live-tracking and ETAs jump around so much I end up calling consignees to confirm instead of trusting the app. I've run a 50-truck fleet for 18 years out of the Northeast, so small inconsistencies become big hassles fast; when a notification repeats three times or drops entirely in rural spots, dispatch has to chase it down. Interface is cluttered in places; finding past shipments takes too many taps, yet the pick-up scheduling flow is refreshingly quick. Mixed feelings: it helps day-to-day but also creates extra admin - useful, frustrating, and far from settled.
