Rico Zemlak's review of Kerry Logistics (KLN)
Yesterday the Kerry Logistics (KLN) app marked a pallet delivered and auto-billed me before the consignee even opened the door - had to call ops and hop back in the truck to sort it out. Uploading PODs is fast and the in-app chat actually helps, but the location tracking lags and notifcations come 10-30 mins late which kills my ETA credibility here in the Southwest and I'm only a year into running my own rig. Torn between liking the convenience and hating the random glitches, so 3/5 from me.
